We're happy to share the new Cendyn Booking Engine (RT4) and Cendyn CRS (formerly known as Pegasus CRS) features and enhancements rolling out soon. Mark your calendars. Our U.S. and EMEA customers will see these changes on May 07, 2024, followed by our friends in Asia, and the Boyd and Venetian instances on May 14, 2024. Guests Can Now Easily Find Preferred Rooms Using New Booking Engine Filters

We're introducing advanced filters to Cendyn Booking Engine at both the Hotel list view and the Room list view. Filters on the Hotel list pull values from Room attributes in the CRS and display on the front end. Now guests can effortlessly find their preferred rooms right from the Hotel list, skipping those extra clicks.

Cendyn Booking Engine is ADA Compliant

Exciting news! The Cendyn Booking Engine now meets WCAG 2.1 level AA standards for web accessibility. 

Highlights

• Cendyn CRS provides features for you to enter alternate text and descriptions for images, where required.
• The booking engine's default ADA theme meets WCAG standards, ensuring it can be easily navigated using just a keyboard or mouse and assistive technologies can seamlessly navigate the interface.
• You can showcase your accessibility statement on the booking engine, making it easier for bookers to connect with you.
• All new features will meet WCAG standards.

New Option for Bookers to View an ADA-compliant Booking Engine

You now have the option to enable bookers to view a fully ADA-compliant booking engine with just a toggle switch.

Getting Support & Notifications for Cendyn Products

We've updated the verbiage on the Cendyn CRS home page. The key takeaway is we're here to help. For support questions or requests, simply submit a request using our online form. Remember, the more details you share, the quicker we can assist you.

CRS Rate Grid Clarification and Package Indicator

We've added a handy note to the Rate Grid to remind users that the displayed rates exclude addons attached to the rate plans. Plus, we've marked packages with a (P) to make them easily identifiable. Nice, right?

CRS Auto Purge PMS Rate Plans

Boosting processing efficiencies! Now, the CRS can automatically delete PMS Rate Plans based on a configurable cut-off time linked to the last checkout date. Head over to your property default page to explore this new feature.

And if you ever want to reuse or repurpose a specific rate plan, simply exclude it from the auto purge by updating the new flag on the rate plan edit page.
