PriorityQ allows you to personalize Confirmation, Modification, and Cancellation emails to your most valuable guests to make them feel welcome far before they get to your property.
Create a new segment for PriorityQ
Navigate to the left hand menu Campaigns Manager > PriorityQ
Once you are in PriorityQ, click on "Create New"
Add the segment to which you want to personalize the sending of the campaign or transactional mail to.
Now, in the PriorityQ section, you will see all the segments you have created.
After clicking the name of a segment, you will see the current configuration of the PriorityQ. In the "On Hold" section, you will see the messages that have been stopped.
Send custom messages with PriorityQ
To personalize a message, go to Priority Q > Your Segment > On Hold.
Find the guest you want to personalize the email for and click on the Edit button.
Add the sending information for the message, and choose the template you want to use.
Click on Next. The template will load with the personalization and dynamic content in place to send to the guest as is. This is where you further personalize the template for the guest.
Once you are satisfied with the edits, select Send Test. This will give you a chance to review and verify there is no mistake in the email prior to sending it to the guest.
Once you verify the email is ready to be sent to the guest, click Send to send your message.
Your guest will now appear in the Sent list.
From there, you can click the Resend Email button, to send your message again.
Skip messages with PriorityQ
To stop a message from being sent, go to Priority Q > Your Segment > On Hold.
Find the guest and click on the Skip Email button.
A pop-up will appear, click on Skip to stop the message.
Now, the client will appear on the Skipped list.
You can undo the skip by clicking on the Rewind Email button, or delete the contact.
