eInsight CRM Home Page Gets a Makeover
It'll now be easier than ever to stay on top of your key campaign activities that need your attention as they'll be highlighted. Plus, we're adding campaign benchmarking for your most recent email campaigns. The best part? These benchmarks are color-coded to help you quickly spot high-performing and underperforming email deliverability metrics. Get ready to see your data come to life and boost your email game!
Recent Email Campaigns
Main Page
The Recent Email Campaigns section moved to the top of the screen and now focuses on the six most critical email deliverability statistics, all neatly displayed as percentages.
NEW: Click-Through Rate (CTR), a highly requested email deliverability metric, will also be on the Home page. CTR shows the percentage of recipients who clicked on a link in an email, divided by the total number of emails sent.
NEW: We're adding fun, color-coded campaign benchmarks to help you keep track of your email deliverability metrics with ease. Based on industry standards and best practices, these benchmarks will show:
- GREEN: Metric is optimal and performing well
- NEUTRAL: Metric is in good standing, but has room for improvement
- RED: Metric is not optimal and requires immediate attention
Don't fret if these thresholds don't work for you. They can be customized. Just schedule a consultation with your Customer Service Manager.
Dive Deeper into Your Campaign Metrics in the More Details Section
The More Details section will still give you the full scoop, displaying all available metrics for any campaign with raw numbers and percentages.
Campaign benchmarks are only applied to the top six metrics showcased on the Home page. So, while you get the full detailed view here, the Home page highlights those key stats with color-coded benchmarks.
NEW: eInsight now provides data for emails that were deferred and/or dropped.
- Deferred displays the number, percentage, and list of emails temporarily unable to reach the user’s inbox.
- Dropped displays the number, percentage, and list of emails dropped by the email service provider.
Email Campaign Activity
The revamped Email Campaign Activity section now highlights activities that need your attention, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your game.
NEW: You can filter campaign activities using one of four options:
- All: Displays all recent campaign activity
- Approval: Displays campaigns needing approval or recently approved
- Scheduled: Displays campaigns recently scheduled or rescheduled
- Sent: Displays only recently sent campaigns
One-Click Unsubscribe (Compliance Update)
To ensure all eInsight customers adhere to the regulations outlined in RFC 8058 and RFC 2369, as per the October 2023 Google/Yahoo Sender Requirements, we've added the list-unsubscribe-post method to our email parameters. This means that if a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in an email sent to a Google/Yahoo address, they will be globally unsubscribed from all marketing communications. Simple and compliant!
Keep Fonts when Cloning Templates
Managing your email templates just got smoother! When you clone a template with a specific font-face set, the original font-face is now maintained in the cloned template. Consistency and ease of use, all the way!
Correct Currency Displays in Profile Stay Details
Even though it wasn't reported by customers, we fixed an issue where the price of a booking wasn’t displaying correctly when the currency was changed in the Stay Details on a guest profile. Now, the price will always show in the selected currency.
Campaigns with No Audience Criteria are a No Go
No more accidental sends! To prevent campaigns from being scheduled or sent without a target audience, we’ve implemented a new quality check. You won’t be able to proceed past the Criteria page without selecting at least one criterion or an existing audience. This ensures your campaigns always reach the right people.
Studio Editor's Select Tab Fix
We've resolved the formatting issues in the Studio Editor's Select tab. Previously, the features were distorted and difficult to use. Now, template designers can enjoy a smooth and functional Select tab experience as originally intended.
