Release Notes: June 25, 2024

We're happy to share the latest enhancements to Cendyn CMS being deployed on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Minimal downtime is expected—because that's how we roll!

Export CMS User Information

You'll now be able to export CMS user information into a .csv file. The exported information will include:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Time/Date of Last CMS Login
• Assigned Permission Group
• Date User Created

How to 

1. Navigate to the Users Module.
2. Select the button to download user information for all existing users.
3. To export information for only specific users, select the checkbox next to the desired users before clicking "Export to CSV."

Enable or Disable CMS Users

Users with edit access to the Users Module will be able to enable or disable CMS users.

How to 

1. Navigate to the Users Module.
2. Under the Action column, toggle the status to active/inactive.

Note
When deactivated users attempt to login, they will see the following message:

Admin's Can Manage Users' Passwords

Admins will now be able to change other CMS users' passwords.

How to 

1. Navigate to the Users Module.
2. Select the user.
3. Enter a new password and select Save.

New CMS Module Tooltips

We've added tooltips to the CMS modules to better explain the functionalities and actions available in each module. Just click the cute little "i" icon to see what awaits you in the module.
