After working through this challenge since the issue was first identified, Cendyn has now implemented our best resolution for the eInsight Reports Outage we have been experiencing.
As of this moment, Clients will be able to access and run the following Reports:
Data Source Variance Report
Contact Info Capture Analysis Report
eNgage Reports
Loyalty Reports
Existing Custom Reports
All other reports, no longer available in eInsight Reports, have been identified as available through our Analytics Tool.
Our team is working on an article to be published in the coming days to help direct our Clients on which reports in the Analytics Tool correspond to previously existing Reports available through eInsight Reports.
The Analytics Tool can be accessed through the "Analytics" tab of eInsight.

Cendyn is still working towards a solution for the system outage on the Cognos Reporting Tool (eInsight Reports). During this time users may experience an increase in system errors, transaction response times, or no access to the system. At this point in time, we have extended our expected return of service to July 11th end of day. We do hope that this is the final extension for this issue resolution, however if there are any further updates they will be posted here.
While our team works to restore the functionality, we advise any Client seeking reporting insights to take advantage of our Analytics Tool. This can be accessed through the "Analytics" tab of eInsight.
