Add banners to your booking engine
You can now add image banners to the Room Listing and My Account areas and link them to landing pages using embedded URLs. You can also create banners in multiple languages.
Use Cases
- Increased Revenue Opportunities: Promote special offers, packages, or seasonal deals directly to potential customers. For example, advertise a "Summer Sale" with discounted rates for advance bookings.
- Enhanced Customer Engagement: Capture the attention of visitors with visually appealing ads that highlight unique aspects of your property. For instance, showcase an "Exclusive Spa Package" with a direct link to book treatments.
- Increased Conversion Rates: Use persuasive ads to convert browsers into bookers. Highlight limited-time offers like a "Weekend Getaway Discount" to create a sense of urgency and encourage immediate bookings.
By leveraging banner ads in your booking engine, you can effectively promote special offers, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately drive more bookings and revenue.
Collect guest preferences
Digital Hotelier Booking Engine customers who use the core Digital Hotelier Loyalty program or Dailypoint™ Loyalty can now enable a new guest preferences section in their booking engine. By collecting and utilizing guest preferences, you can create a more personalized, efficient, and satisfying experience, leading to higher guest satisfaction, increased loyalty, and greater revenue.
How does it work?
Properties can configure preference categories, subcategories, and values, per booking engine.
Once enabled, guests will see a new "Preferences" area under "My Account." Guests can select their preferences, which will then be saved. Hotels can view these preferences on the Extranet. If the property uses an external loyalty system such as Dailypoint, the data will be sent via API.
Multilanguage magnificence
When a guest selects a specific language, such as Arabic, as their preferred language, the system will remember this choice. The next time the guest logs in, the booking engine will automatically display in Arabic, ensuring a smoother and more user-friendly experience.

Associate rates with loyalty tiers
Customers using either an external loyalty program or the core Digital Hotelier Loyalty program can associate rates with their loyalty tiers. This feature enables hotels to offer targeted rates for their loyalty programs or sub-tiers, ensuring guests recognize the value and benefits of becoming loyalty members. This, in turn, helps improve customer satisfaction and boost revenue.
