Add, update, or remove image banners in the Room Listing and My Account areas of the booking engine.

Manage banners on the Extranet 

Navigate to: Extranet > Marketing > Marketing Banner.

View and filter banner list

Filter existing banners based on booking engine, banner location, and status.

Add a new banner

Click the Add link.

Complete these fields:

• Select booking engine
• Enter image title
• Select banner location
  • Room Listing
  • My Account Section
• Select status
• Upload the image file

Banner Specifications

Supported file types: jpeg, jpg, png

Room Listing

• Width: between 180-245 pixels
• Height: between 400-700 pixels 

My Account

• Size: 540 x 270 pixels

Edit banners

Click Edit to modify a banner.

To update banners and their links in multiple languages complete these 2 additional fields:

• Language selector dropdown
• Banner URL link

Delete banners

Click the trash bin to delete a banner.
