    Users of the Cendyn RVNG may experience an increase in rate parity issues with Booking.com. Be assured that Cendyn technical resources are actively investigating the event.

    We are pleased to inform you that the performance event which was affecting RVNG has been successfully resolved. This incident had resulted in an accumulation of pending ARI messages specifically for Booking.com and Agoda. At present, these pending ARI messages are being processed systematically. We are vigilantly monitoring the environment to ensure that there are no subsequent issues. We will continue to provide additional updates until all the pending messages have been processed completely. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
