Release Notes - September 12, 2024
We’re excited to announce that we’ve fine-tuned the CTR calculation in the Recent Campaigns section of eInsight CRM’s Home page. Now it’s in sync with the CTR calculations you see in Analytics—making tracking your success even smoother.
The updated formula for calculating CTR is now:
CTR % = 100 * (Email Unique Clicks / Total Delivered)
Click-Through Rate (CTR) is a percentage measured by the number of unique clicks in an email campaign, divided by the total number of emails delivered for that campaign.
Specifically:
- Email Unique Clicks = unique clicks per email, per campaign
- Total Delivered = total number of emails delivered for a campaign
NOTE
The Email Unique Clicks value in the CTR metric was previously introduced in Analytics to exclude machine opens, providing a more accurate measurement of IP strength and domain performance. It's all about clearer insights and stronger results!
