Booking Engine

Brand New, Completely Redesigned Email Template

We’re thrilled to roll out a sleek, fresh, and super user-friendly email template design that’s guaranteed to level up your guests’ experience. You’ll see it across all our email types, from Reservation Confirmations and Booking Modifications to Loyalty Sign-Up and even Forgot Password emails.

Key Changes

• Clean Layout: Content is presented clearly and segmented into defined areas ensuring guests can easily access all relevant information. 
• Add to Calendar: Guests will have an “Add to Calendar” option in the email, allowing them to automatically add check-in and check-out dates and the property location to their digital calendar with one click.
• Template Customization: Users will have the flexibility to customize images, colors, and fonts using the CRS configuration.
• Map: A new property map within the email will help guests navigate to Google maps upon clicking.
• Responsive Design: The email template is fully responsive, ensuring it displays optimally on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

California Pricing Displays Room Rate + Fees Based on Location

We've enhanced how fees are displayed on the Booking Engine to now automatically adjust for hotels and guests in California when booking through our platform. Room rates that include fees (but exclude taxes) will now automatically show up for properties when any of these conditions are met: (a) the user’s IP is detected as being in sunny California, (b) the user’s address shows they’re a California resident—even if their IP says otherwise, or (c) the property itself is based in California, which is automatically applied. California dreamin’, right?

New ADA Room Indication

When the "Show ADA Rooms" option is enabled in the Booking Engine, both ADA and non-ADA rooms will be displayed. To make it easy to spot the ADA rooms, a shiny new ADA room icon will pop up next to them, and if you hover over it, you’ll see the text "ADA Room."

New Look & Feel: Existing Reservation Lookup & View Reservation

We’ve given the Existing Reservation Lookup and View Reservation screens a fresh, sleek redesign. The new user interface is cleaner and more modern, while the updated user experience makes it a breeze for agents to navigate through reservation details. With a more intuitive layout, agents can now quickly access all the key information they need, without losing any of the functionality they’re used to. It’s a stylish upgrade, but still business as usual—smooth and seamless.
