Cendyn Notification Update

Cendyn has temporarily disabled the Guest Profile sub-module located in the Marketing Tab of the Digital Hotelier IBE Extranet to investigate an issue affecting IBE, starting from 2 October 2024 and continuing until further notice. During this time, customers will not be able to use the Guest Profile feature on the Digital Hotelier IBE Extranet.

We have taken measures for this update to impact you as minimally as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience it might cause.
