Cendyn CRS allows you to configure booking engine email notifications, ensuring they align with your brand’s identity. By using dynamic variables, you can personalize each email, providing guests with a tailored experience that reflects your brand's tone and professionalism throughout the booking process.

-Reservation Confirmation
-Modification Email
-Cancellation Email
-Loyalty Sign-up
-Account Forget Password Email

To customize your notifications, navigate to Property Management > Property Branding

Colors and Fonts

Colors can be changed by entering the six-digit hex code (or clicking on the field to pick a color) for the following parts:

Header Background and Text Color

Template Background Color

Font Type and Message Body Text Size

Message Background Color

Link Font Color

Adding a banner image

Scroll down to the Header Image URL field and select a file from your device.

Email confirmation/cancellation text customization

• Use the dropdown field to find variables such as Guest Name
• Copy and paste the variable into your email text template
• Preview the email confirmation and/or cancellation to verify your changes are correct
• Remember to save at the bottom of the page
