Cendyn has resolved the issue we were experiencing with connection to Clients with the SNT PMS. We are currently working with the SNT PMS team to ensure that reservations made during this time are sent, received and processed by Cendyn. New reservations made today after 2:30pm EST should not be impacted. Once a resync is completed or final steps are determined our team will post another update.

Cendyn has confirmed with SNT that a resync for all impacted properties is currently on-going and will resolve processing shortly. The incident is now considered resolved.
