Loyalty: Link Multiple Rate Plans to Single Segment
We've rolled out a new feature that lets you link up to five rate plans to a single segment. This means that when a loyalty member logs in, they can now see up to five exclusive rate plans tailored just for them, along with any public rates (if configured) and any offers that the loyalty system returns.
Keep in mind, only one COMP rate can still be assigned to a segment. You can find these new settings under Loyalty Program > Control Segment Rate Mapping and start tailoring those rates like a pro.

Calendar Price Display Options
Customers using currencies with lots of digits, like Rupees or Yen, are going to love this new enhancement. You now have the option to configure how prices display in the Booking Engine calendar: you can choose to show the full amount or a more compact, "short value." Using the short value keeps things clean and less cluttered.
To set this up, just go to Admin > Portals > Portal Settings > Calendar/Availability > Price Value Display Format and pick either Full Value or Short Value. It’s that easy to customize your view.

New Pop-up Messages
If there’s an error or important info to share with a guest during booking, it’ll pop up as a quick notification—called a "toast message"—right in the booking engine.
Email Customization Admin Update
We’ve updated the email customization settings in the Admin section to make things easier. All color settings for transactional and loyalty-related emails are now located at the bottom of the page, keeping everything together for a smoother setup. You’ll find them under Admin > Property Management > Property Branding > Guest Email Customization.

Booking Form Improvements
Guests can now easily select and search for any destination within the Multi-Property portal, thanks to new destination search parameters/deep link support. The new supported parameters are City (e.g., Beverly_Hills) and Country (e.g., United_States). If a guest picks a specific property from the list, they’ll also see the price displayed directly on the calendar, making it simpler to compare options. Plus, the form has been optimized for mobile, allowing guests to navigate and interact smoothly on their devices for a seamless booking experience wherever they are.

New Look & Feel: Guest Profile & Loyalty Offers Pages
We’ve given the Guest Profile & Loyalty Offers pages a fresh look to make them easier to read and navigate. With more space and a cleaner design, the Guest Profile page now displays the guest’s profile on the left, along with member details. On the right, you’ll see property-specific information, such as Property ADT and ADW, segmentation, tier benefits, and upcoming or past reservations—all powered by the loyalty API.
In addition, we’ve improved the way you view available offers on the Loyalty Offers page. You’ll still have the sidebar menu to quickly access player information, but now you’ll see a table listing each valid offer and the property it applies to. Selecting an offer opens up a side panel with all the offer details, and from there, you can select it in the search header to continue with your search.
Overall, this update provides a much cleaner and more user-friendly experience to help you manage guest profiles and offers with ease.
Partial Availability (Multi-Rate) Now Works with Segment Comp Restrictions
We recently gave our loyalty comp restriction rules a power-up to work with the multi-rate feature in the Booking Engine and now we're bringing it to the Call Center. When comp restrictions apply, agents can assist guests with mixing and matching—booking comp rates for qualifying nights and paying cash for the rest.
