From flexible room configuration options in CRS to enhanced tax display options in Call Center, these updates are designed to provide more choice, accuracy, and compliance across your property’s systems.
CRS: New Room Component Feature
Say hello to the new Room Component feature. This addition lets properties create unique room experiences by combining multiple room components into suites or connected rooms—ideal for setups like interconnecting rooms. Now, you can offer two connected room types, similar or different, giving guests more choices and flexibility.
- Room Combo Magic: Combine different components into custom suites or interconnected rooms, creating exciting options for guests and maximizing your room configurations.
- Spot-On Inventory Management: When a component is booked, inventory is instantly updated for both the component and any suite or room it’s part of. No more guessing!
- Real-Time Updates: Inventory adjustments on the PMS flow directly to the CRS, so availability is always current across all booking channels.

Call Center: Tax Display Options
The RT3 Call Center now aligns with California’s new regulations, with fee display options similar to the RT3 booking engine, showing fees as inclusive or exclusive. When booking a room, agents can view prices exclusive of taxes and fees.
The Offers and Rate Details pop-up provides a full breakdown of taxes and fees.
And on the Payment page, the Taxes & Fees breakdown is clearly displayed, ensuring all information is transparent and compliant.
