We’re rolling out a new login process for all eInsight CRM customers this December to enhance security and better protect your guests' data. Here’s what’s changing:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): One login for both eInsight and eNgage.
- Stronger Security: Users will set up a second layer of authentication (2FA/MFA) for added protection, requiring a validation code at each login.
Smooth Transition, No Downtime
We’ll transition customers to the new login process throughout December—no downtime or impact on application functions. There’s nothing you need to do to prepare, but we recommend reviewing and deactivating any users who no longer need access.
How It Works
On your scheduled date, all users will receive an activation email to the email address on file. Activating the new login is quick and easy:
- Click the link in the activation email.
- Reset your password (minimum security requirements apply).
- Set up your email or phone number for SMS as a second authentication method.
Once these steps are complete, you’re all set! You’ll also be able to reset your password or unlock your account directly from the login screen as needed.
Admins, Take Note!
Managing users in eInsight won’t change. We’ll provide helpful articles in the Cendyn Knowledge Cloud at help.cendyn.com, and our support team is ready to assist if needed.
For eNgage Customers
A short downtime will be required while we migrate eNgage users. We’ll reach out to schedule a convenient date and time to minimize any disruptions.
