The Revenue Summary is a powerful feature allowing you to track and analyze guest spending behaviors. This functionality is dependent on a PMS (Property Management System) integration that transmits folio data. Prerequisites for Revenue Summary
PMS Integration Required
To display total guest revenue (room, F&B, incidentals, etc.), a PMS integration that sends folio data is necessary.
Contact your CSM or Account Manager for assistance with adding this integration.
Data Mapping in the Data Dictionary
Once integrated, transaction codes from the PMS must be mapped in the Data Dictionary to categorize spending accurately.
How Revenue Summary Works

- If the CRM receives a copy of each guest folio at check-out, the data is automatically summarized in the Total Purchased tile, on the contact information page.
