Release Notes - December 9, 2024
Exciting updates are on the way! On December 10, 2024, we’re rolling out our latest enhancements. Be sure to check for details on expected downtime. With this release, we’re introducing a brand-new Activities module for a complete view of interactions and improving PMS Profile-to-Account matching for seamless auto-linking. Plus, we’ve added new fields and filters to boost usability.
New Activities Module
Say goodbye to siloed activity tracking! The new Activities module consolidates tasks, meetings, calls, and emails into one unified view. Easily track and filter activities by status, sales manager, account, lead, opportunity, or other criteria. You can even analyze conversions or export details as a CSV—all from one place!
Enhanced PMS Profile-to-Account Matching
Connecting PMS Profiles with B2B accounts just got smarter. This update improves automated matching by adding street address and website as new criteria for rule-based linking. We’ve also optimized the reprocessing flow for unmatched profiles. The result? Better auto-linking, improved account production reporting, and less manual work for you.

New and Enhanced Fields and Filters
Production Information for PMS Profiles
We’ve added the following fields to the PMS Profiles module:
- Total Revenue
- Room Revenue
- Number of Room Nights
- ADR (Average Daily Rate)
These fields allow sales teams to prioritize PMS Profiles by revenue and leverage this information for lead generation. The new fields are visible in the PMS Profiles detailed view and can be added as columns in the list view.
This feature will be available immediately after the release, with the default timeframe set to Last 24 Months.
Account Level for Reporting and Filtering
The Account Level field identifies a B2B account as Master, Parent, Sub-Account, or Standalone within the current account hierarchy. With this update, Account Level is fully supported for:
Reporting: Add Account Level as a field in account reporting.
CSV Exports: Account Level is included in CSV exports from the list view.
Filtering: Use Account Level as a filter for B2B accounts.
These enhancements make it easier to analyze, report on, and organize accounts based on their hierarchy and relationships.
