The campaign approval process in Cendyn CRM ensures that your marketing campaigns meet your organization’s standards for quality, branding, and compliance before they are sent to your audience. This guide outlines each step of the campaign approval process.
Submitting for approval
- In the last step of your campaign creation - Review & Send - click the Send for approval button
- Select an approver from the dropdown list and click Send
Notification to Approvers
- The campaign will be in the Draft folder and marked as Pending
- The designated approvers will receive an email notification that a campaign is awaiting their review
Approving or Rejecting the Campaign

If the campaign is rejected, the creator will receive an email notification with the update
- Once approved, the campaign’s status will update to Approved.
