Double Opt-In (Explicit Consent)
Ensuring your email marketing campaigns meet legal requirements is a top priority. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce an enhanced double opt-in process that keeps you in line with GDPR, CPAA, and other regulations.
- Guest Profile Visibility: See a new double opt-in status in the Consent Information section, complete with the date, time, and consent source for each guest.
- "Confirm Subscription" Link: Easily add a dynamic link or button to your outgoing consent email campaigns. When clicked, guests are routed to a new double opt-in landing page to confirm their consent. Once they opt in, their marketing consent status changes from “Pending” to “True.”
- Audit-Friendly Filters: Track all marketing consent changes in the Profile Activities section, including when and how double opt-in consent was obtained.

SMS Resubscribe
We’ve made it simple for guests to opt back into SMS communications after unsubscribing.
- When a guest replies to an SMS campaign with a request to opt-out, CCRM automatically sends them a confirmation text letting them know they’ve unsubscribed.
- If that guest decides they want back in, they can now reply to the confirmation text with the word “START.”
- With this quick reply, they’ll be resubscribed, and SMS messaging will be re-enabled for your hotel to connect with them again.
New Booking Details
We’ve added more details to reservations to give you better insights at a glance.
- Enhanced Booking Info: View key details like Source of Business, Reservations Agent, and Reservation Status directly within a reservation.
- Improved Searchability: Updates to the Booking Details view on the Contact Profile make it easier than ever to find and locate any field related to a booking.
Resend Transactional Emails
You can now easily resend any transactional email, including those sent via PriorityQ, directly from the Bookings module or the guest’s Contact profile.
- Choose to resend the email to the original recipient or enter a new email address to send it to someone else.
- Simply select the existing email address or input a new one, and you’re good to go.
Help Desk Widget: Your AI-Powered Assistant
We’ve introduced a brand-new AI-powered Help Desk Widget to make navigating the application and connecting with Cendyn’s support team easier than ever! You’ll find it in the lower-right corner of the screen, ready to assist.
Here’s what you can do:
- Self-Service: Type in a question and get AI-powered guidance and instructions instantly.
- Submit a Request: Need extra help? Open a support ticket directly with our team.
- Learning Center: Access our online Learning Center to search for helpful content and resources.
- Release Notes: Stay in the know by viewing the latest release notes.

PriorityQ by Hotel
Managing PriorityQ emails just got easier.
- Hotel-Specific Filtering: PriorityQ now filters emails based on the hotel you select. Choose one or more hotels, and only the relevant confirmations for those hotels will display in the queue.
- Flexible Viewing: Prefer to see everything at once? You can still manage the queue from the global view.
Add Bookings to External Calendars
Make it easier for your guests to stay organized. Guests can now add their bookings directly to external calendars like Outlook, Google Calendar, Yahoo, or Apple Calendar with just a few clicks.
- Include the Invite: Add this feature to your outgoing email templates, so guests can easily save their reservations to their personal calendars.

Attach Calendar Files Automatically: Simply check the box for “Attach calendar file to each transactional email (.ics file)” when creating or updating a transactional campaign. The file will be included in all outgoing emails, ready for guests to open and add to their calendars.
To enable this feature across all outgoing transactional emails, it must first be activated by Cendyn. Submit a support request or contact your Implementation Specialist to get started.
