Priority Queue simplifies the personalization of transactional emails like reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
By utilizing segmentation filters, it ensures that tailored, messages are sent to the right contacts, enhancing the guest experience while streamlining operations.
Creating a queue
Navigate to Campaigns Manager > PriorityQ and click the Create New button
- Enter Name and select the Segment that should be linked to it
Every transactional email will be placed in the queue
- Click the Edit icon to customize the email
- Select the email template you would like to use
- In the Template Builder, personalize the content as needed and click Send
Other Actions
- Emails that don't need to be personalized can be skipped.
- This will move them from the On Hold queue to Skipped

-Use clear and descriptive names for queues to simplify management.
-Regularly review the queue’s performance to ensure timely delivery of emails.
