Quickly regain access to your Knowland account.

1. Go to www.knowland.com and click “Sign In” (top right), or visit login.knowland.com.

   Note: Use Google Chrome for the best experience.

2. Enter your email and click Next.

3. On the next page, click Reset Password.

4. Enter a valid email address to receive a password reset link and click the Request Password Reset Email button.

   Note: The link will expire after 72 hours.

5. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) and follow the link to create a new password.
6. Once your password is set, login here to activate your user profile.

Troubleshooting

Can’t find the reset email?

• Double-check for typos in your email address and make sure it’s the same one used for your Knowland account.
• Always check your spam and junk folders.
• Whitelist no-reply@knowlandgroup.net to ensure you get future emails.
