Analyze usage patterns and actions performed by the team within Knowland.

Access Usage Report
- Login to the Knowland Platform.
- Navigate to Tools > Usage Report.
- Here, you will find:
- Overview: A snapshot of key usage metrics across your account, including logins, feature activity, and user engagement.
- Filters: Select date ranges, user roles, or specific features to drill down into your usage data.

Review Usage Metrics

Adjust the Filters to customize the report based on your desired time frame and users (by default, the report shows data for the last 30 days).
Note: The 'My Properties' dropdown is available only to users with access to multiple subscribing properties. This feature allows you to quickly review usage across different properties.
- View Engagement Metrics to see how often team members have logged in and used specific features.


Automate the Usage Report
- On the Usage Report page, click the envelope icon on the right.
- In the pop-up window, choose your email delivery preferences.


Monitor Top Three Users
- The Top Usage widget on the Homepage to see the top three users on the team based on Logins, Searches, and Viewed Accounts over the last 30 days.
