Note: To use this widget, you must have assigned accounts/sets set up in Knowland.

Access the Account Loyalty Widget

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. The Account Loyalty Widget is located on your Knowland Homepage.
3. See at a glance which accounts have met at:
   1. Your property
   2. Within the selected comp set
   3. Within the selected market
   4. Any other market
4. View the change in booking count from the same time last year (displayed by a green or red number & arrow).

Interact with the Account Loyalty Widget

• Assigned to: Select from your assigned accounts/sets using the dropdown menu.
  • To manage your assigned accounts/sets navigate to your initials > Profile.
• Timeframe: Choose a timeframe (past 90 days or YTD) to adjust the displayed accounts.
• Comp Set: Select the desired competitive set from the dropdown menu.
  • No competitive set built yet? Use the Competitive Set Manager to create one.
• Market: Select the desired area from the dropdown menu.
• View Account Details: Select an account name to view specific booking activity and details.
