Quickly see which accounts have recently met at competitive set properties in a weekly calendar view.

Accessing the Weekly Calendar

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. From the Navigation Bar, go to Competition.
3. Select Weekly Calendar.

Creating a Competitive Set

1. Click Create Competitive Set.
2. Enter a name for the competitive set.
3. Select a location.
4. Choose properties to include.
5. (Optional) Set as default.
6. Click Create Competitive Set.

Setting Up Weekly Notifications

1. Click the envelope icon.
2. Select the day of the week to receive notifications.
3. Click Schedule.

Using the Weekly Calendar

• Adjust the date range to focus on specific weeks.
• View booking details, including multi-day vs. one-day bookings.
• Use color-coded data to distinguish between Association, Corporate, Government, SMERF, Social, and No Bookings.
• Click on an account name to see historical booking patterns and additional details.
• Assign owners to target accounts for follow-up actions.
• Export data into an Excel file using the export icon.
