Maintenance Notification
Cendyn is scheduled to conduct Forty Eight (48) hours of system maintenance starting on Saturday 08 February 2025 at 2:00 ET (7:00 GMT) our team will be performing required maintenance on our systems in our Munich Datacenter.
The entirety of the NextGuest / Serenata environment will be unavailable during this maintenance event.
Kindly note that all of our products - NxG CRM, @mail, NetHotel Sales B2B platform, Newsletter Portal and Member Portal - will be inaccessible during this window.
What is important for you to know?
CRM:
During this maintenance window the CRM instance will not be available. This means that you cannot send marketing or transactional emails during this time, and anything scheduled will not send.
Marketing:
We recommend not scheduling any Marketing campaigns to go out during the maintenance window..
Transactional:
During this maintenance window you will not be able to access the module and send any transactional emails out. Once the system is back online, we advise you to re-trigger all transactional emails from your PMS (Property management system) and send them to your valued guests.
NHSales / B2B:
During this maintenance window you will not be able to access to NHSales / B2B as the platform will be down.
Loyalty:
The Member portal will not be available during this maintenance. This means that your loyalty members will not be able to log in their member account as the portal will be down. We would recommend you inform your members and Help desk team that during this maintenance window the loyalty portal will be not available.
Newsletter:
The Newsletter sign-up page for your brand will not be available during this maintenance. This means no one will be able to subscribe or unsubscribe to your brand during this time as the page will be down.
