This widget helps hotel leaders monitor sales performance by tracking meeting activity for accounts their sales team has viewed in Knowland.

Access the Viewed Accounts Tracker

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. The Viewed Accounts Tracker is located on your Knowland Homepage.
3. The tracker displays accounts users on the team have viewed in the last six months.
4. If an account held an event in the past 90 days, a checkmark shows the location:
   • Your property
   • Within the selected comp set
   • Within the selected market
   • Any other market

Interact with the Tracker

• Comp Set: Select the desired competitive set from the dropdown menu.
  • No competitive set built yet? Use the Competitive Set Manager to create one.
• Market: Select the desired area from the dropdown menu.
• Viewed By: Hover over the eye icon to see which user(s) have viewed the account.
• View Account Details: Select an account name to view specific booking activity and details.

Note: If no accounts appear in the widget, it means no accounts have been viewed by users on the team in the past six months.
