Set Default Destination Selection in Admin
- Properties can now set a default destination at the admin level via CRS > Portals > Portal Settings > Multi-Property > Booking Form Configuration
- New dropdown options include “All” selections for City-States, Properties, and City-Countries, allowing guests to see all options relevant to their search.
- This enhancement gives hotel chains more flexibility to adapt based on their market presence, improving the guest experience.
Note
After this release, the default value will be set to City-State, followed by a dropdown displaying All City-States for all multi-portal properties.

Enhanced Booking Form Flow for Mobile Users
- Mobile users now enjoy an improved flow when interacting with the Booking Form, especially in the multi-property view.
- When selecting a destination, guests can provide their basic inputs and access a review screen to confirm all details before searching for a property.
- Additional information, such as dates, rooms, and special codes, can be updated directly from the review screen before performing the search.
These updates aim to make the multi-portal booking experience smoother and more intuitive for both admins and guests, particularly on mobile devices.
