Coupon codes can be configured within the Dynamic Pricing Rule feature, offering the flexibility to set up either an open discount accessible to all customers or a gated discount requiring coupon redemption. This feature also enables customization of coupon availability parameters based on established rules.

Coupon codes are only available for Web, Mobile, and Call Center

Enabling the Coupon Code

Go to Portals > Portal Settings.

Select the portal and click Edit

Enable the option Allow Coupon Codes 

Creating coupon codes

• Go to Dynamic Pricing Rules > Add New and select the Coupon Codes radio button
• Enter the number of Coupon Codes to generate

• Enter a Coupon Code Name, Code (3 characters) and  Description

• Select a Booking Date option

• Select the discount type Flat Amount or Percentage
• Check the box if a discount should be applied to the total amount
• Select which nights should be affected
• enter the discount amount

• Map the code to applicable rate plans and room types and save your changes

After saving, you can return to the coupon code configuration to:

• Add Coupon Codes
• Remove Coupon Codes
• Download and view Coupon Codes
