- Event Status:
- Function Room Confirmed

- Event Detail Distributed
3. Click “View Report” in the upper right-hand corner
4. The report will generate. Click the floppy disk icon in the ribbon directly above the report and select “Excel.”
5. File Explorer will pop up. Choose the desired location to save the file and click “Save.”
6. Email the file to selfreporting@knowland.com
- Ensure the subject line is as follows: “Time to Self-Report: [Hotel Name], [Master Account ID]”.
- Including the Master Account ID in the subject line will allow us to process the report more efficiently.
- If you do not have your Master Account ID, please email your Account Manager or selfreporting@knowland.com.
- When emailing, please include your property’s address for quick reference and verification.

Notes
Knowland audits Self-Reporting properties on a weekly basis to ensure event accuracy. Missed reports will trigger an email to the property to resolve the missing data. After 3 weeks of missing files, the property’s Enhanced Data Collection access will be suspended until the missing files have been captured. Billing will not be suspended during these periods. Once all missing data has been captured, the access will be reactivated.
