Brand Rate Plans provide great flexibility in managing offer codes. Brand users can seamlessly add multiple rate access codes to a single brand rate plan across multiple properties, making it easier to manage offer codes across different locations.

Key capabilities include:

• Adding rate access codes to the brand rate plan
• Exporting/Importing rate access codes for efficient management
• Associating rate access codes with property-level rate plans

Generate Multiple Offer Codes

• Go to your property and navigate to Brand Controls > Brand Rate Plans > Edit the desired rate

• Scroll down and click Create Access Code

• Entering the Access Code is mandatory to generate a code

• Enabling the Password Protection is optional

• Add more codes as needed, then save to validate the entries.

Managing Existing Codes

Export

• After selecting your desired rate from the list for editing.
• Scroll down to Rate Plan Access Code, click the three-dot button and select Export to download the existing codes.

Import

• Select Import to upload your file and import additional access codes.
