A brand-level cancellation policy ensures consistency across all properties, simplifying policy management and enhancing the guest experience. By standardizing cancellation terms, you can reduce confusion and improve operational efficiency.
Adding the Policy
To create a new cancellation policy, navigate to Brand Controls > Brand Basic Policies and click Add New Policy
- Enter a policy Name, Code and if applicable, a Description

Adding a Cancellation Window
- Click Add a New Window
- Check the box if this policy allows cancellations
- Use the dropdown options to configure the cancellation window
- Select the Cancellation Fee and save your changes
- Use the Action icons to edit or delete your entry
- You can add additional windows by clicking Add New Window
- Make sure to Save your changes
