A new and improved login process is rolling out for all Cendyn CRM customers in the second week of March. Designed for stronger security, simplified access, and future Cendyn integrations, this update will provide a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) experience while keeping your guests’ data protected.
What’s Changing?
- Single Sign-On – One login for Cendyn CRM and upcoming Cendyn products and integrations.
- Stronger Security – Users will continue to have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA), requiring a verification code at login via SMS or email for added protection.
Seamless Transition, No Downtime
The new login process will go live alongside the March release with no downtime or impact on application functions. There’s nothing you need to do in advance, but we recommend reviewing and deactivating any users who no longer need access.
How It Works
On the release date, all users will receive an activation email from noreply@login.cendyn.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
Getting started is quick and easy:
- Click the activation link in the email.
- Reset your password (minimum security requirements apply).
- Set up your preferred second authentication method (email or SMS).
That’s it! But just in case, we've prepared detailed instructions for you. Once set up, you can also reset your password or unlock your account directly from the login screen.
