Enable CCPA / GDPR Cookie Banner

Follow these steps to select a cookie banner for the booking engine.

• Go to Portals > Cookie Notice Config
• Select the portal to activate the Advanced Cookie Notice and click go

• Select GDPR, CCPA or Default based on the hotel's requirements and Save

Configuring Scripts based on cookie Type

• Go to Portals > Portal Script Config and click Add New Portal Script Config

• Select the Portal and Position
• Select a Cookie Type
• Assign a script and save

Cookie Selection

Once both steps for CRS are configured and saved, the Advanced Cookie Banner will appear on the Booking Engine.

GDPR

• On the Booking engine select Customize Preferences in the bottom of the page

• Under details, choose a preferred category and save the selection.

CCPA

• Under consent, check Do not sell or share my personal information and click ok

Default

• If compliance is set as Default, the system automatically selects the Default cookie option for compatibility; select GDPR or CCPA to change it.

• The following message will appear in the booking engine

Change in Cookie Content

To change the Cookie Content in the booking engine, follow these steps:

• Go to Portals - > Portal UI label Translations
• Select the portal from list to export

• After editing the files, upload them again with a description.
