Learn basic navigation in Knowland, from using the navigation bar to access features, managing personal and team account settings, to finding property attributes.

Navigation Bar

1. Login to the Knowland platform.

2. Navigate to each category to view available features and description.

   Note: The categories and features available may vary based on your subscription level and permissions. 

Homepage

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. Explore widgets that provide:
   • Quick market insights
   • Suggested opportunities
   • Quick-access links for navigation
   • Access to search queries and more
3. Click the info (i) icon on each widget to view a brief description.

Profile

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. In the top right corner of the Knowland platform, you'll find a small icon with your initials.
3. Click the initials to access your Personal Settings and, if applicable, Team Settings. 
4. Your Personal Settings let you manage your searches, scheduled searches, assigned accounts, account sets, and account alerts, or simply change your password.

Property Attributes

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. Hover over the tooltip icon (i) next to the property/account name.

3. Review property/account attributes such as chain scale, market, class, and more. 

   Tip: The Knowland algorithm uses these attributes to match the best prospects to your property/account.

Customize Homepage Layout

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. Customize your layout:
   1. To move a widget, drag and drop from the top right corner.
   2. Resize the widget by dragging corners to minimizing or maximizing the view.
   3. Click save to lock in your changes.
   4. Click the arrow to return to the default dashboard layout.
