Access AI Custom Search

1. Login to the Knowland platform.
2. Click on Search Box in your navigation bar.

3. A search box with three search options will appear. 

4. Use AI Custom Search to tell us what you are looking for. Examples include:
   • annual events in Q2 in Washington, DC
   • incentive events at luxury hotels in the last 4 years
   • corporate groups booking 250 - 500 attendees
   • holiday parties in Washington, DC in the last 4 years
   • Technology groups coming to Washington, DC in Q1
   • multi-day meetings with HQ in Washington, DC
5. Press Enter or click the search icon to run the search.

View Search Results & Actions

• Results are sorted by relevance by default. Switch to Booking Count: Highest First to see accounts with the most activity.
• Click the grey bar to preview recent bookings for each account.
• Click the account name to access account level details.
• Use the person icon on the right to assign accounts for follow-up.
• Open the Search Actions Menu for more options:
  • Edit the search to refine your results.
  • Export results for offline use.
  • Schedule reports to receive updates weekly or monthly.
  • Send now to share the report with a team member.

Locate Your Searches

From the homepage, find the My Searches widget for quick and easy access to all your searches.
