Room upgrade configuration is accessible in the Portal settings for CRS and Loyalty Upsell users

Room Admin Configuration

Navigate to Portals > Portal Settings

• Select the portal from the list and click go

• Add, remove, or update all necessary information
• Scroll down to Additional Features

• Enable Room Upsell

• Upgrade based on bed type

• Specify the minimum difference from the selected room type

• Save the changes made
