We have reviewing outgoing eInsight campaigns and are not experiencing issues with links at this time. Our Email Service provider implemented a fix for the issue related to the links that were encountering 5xx errors. Our Email Service Provider is actively monitoring system performance.

At 12:37 AM GMT, April 4th (2037HRS EST on April 3) the Email Service Provider for eInsight CRM advised us that their engineers began investigating an issue where links were encountering 5xx errors. Hotel customers may experience issues with their links, both branded and non-branded, within their emails (Transactional or Marketing campaigns). This issue does not impact mail send. We have confirmed that this issue is not tied to our eInsight CRM product, and all of our Email Service Provider's clients are impacted. We will continue to communicate updates as our ESP works to resolve the matter.
