Release Notes: April 8, 2025
On April 9, 2025, we’ve got some powerful enhancements coming your way in the next version of Cendyn B2B Sales—all designed to help you work smarter, not harder. These updates include better profile matching, deeper reporting, and smarter filters. Be sure to check the details on expected downtime.
Enhanced PMS Profile to Account Matching
Tired of manually linking profiles? We hear you.
Our improved auto-matching engine now does even more of the heavy lifting. By applying smart normalization rules behind the scenes—like converting special characters (á becomes a, ß becomes ss, and so on)—we’re increasing the chances of linking PMS profiles to B2B accounts without sacrificing accuracy.
The best part?
This process happens quietly in the background, so your original data stays untouched. The result: better matching coverage, stronger production insights, and less manual effort.
Richer PMS Production Summary Reporting
Digging into account production just got a whole lot easier.
You can now add new fields and filters to the PMS Production Summary report in the Reports module, letting you group and filter by things that matter most to your sales strategy—like hotel region, account type, brand, or assigned salesperson.
Some new use cases now possible:
- PMS Production Summary by Account
- Filter by:
- Base Type
- City or Country
- Assigned Sales Rep
- Filter by:
- PMS Production by Sales Rep
- …and plenty more
More filters = more insight = smarter sales moves.
New Filters & Columns to Streamline Your Workflow
Filter by PMS Production
Now you can filter B2B Accounts and PMS Profiles based on production data. Easily spot which accounts are performing, where opportunities lie, and which profiles might turn into your next best leads.
New Associated Hotels Column
In the Accounts module, you’ll now see a new column for Contracts, Quotes, and Opportunities sub-panels showing which hotels are associated. That means quicker context and a clearer picture of account activity—without the click-around.
