Easily Manage Room and Venue Features and Amenities

Managing room and venue features just got a whole lot easier. Previously, adding or updating features and amenities required database changes behind the scenes. Now, you can take full control—creating, editing, and managing amenities and features directly within the CMS for both rooms and venues. No more waiting on backend updates—just quicker, smoother edits right at your fingertips.

CMS Now Supports OpenWeather API

The Cendyn CMS now includes a new weather API adapter, enabling you to easily display real-time weather on your websites using data from the OpenWeather API. Whether you're looking to show current conditions or add a dynamic element to your site, this update gives you the flexibility to bring weather into the guest experience.

Show Off Loyalty Events on New Calendar Page

You can now create a loyalty-specific event calendar for your Loyalty Portal providing a dedicated calendar view just for loyalty members. Head to the Loyalty module, select New Loyalty Calendar Page, and enter your configurations.

Once the page is live, simply tag events managed in the Events Calendar as “loyalty events,” and they'll appear only on the Loyalty Portal Calendar page.

Help Desk Widget: Your New AI-Powered Assistant

We’ve introduced a brand-new AI-powered Help Desk Widget to make navigating the application and connecting with Cendyn’s support team easier than ever! You’ll find it in the lower-right corner of the screen, ready to assist.

Here’s what you can do:

• Self-Service: Type in a question and get AI-powered guidance and instructions instantly.
• Submit a Request: Need extra help? Open a support ticket directly with our team.
• Learning Center: Access our online Learning Center to search for helpful content and resources.
• Release Notes: Stay in the know by viewing the latest release notes.
