The menu options provide quick access to key features like campaign management, settings, reports, groups, and reservations.
Campaign Manager
View statistics for all hotels in your account across all metasearch platforms for the selected period.
You can activate and modify campaign settings as needed.
Settings
Bidder Center
Configure bidding rules based on selected metrics.
Example: Increase your bid by 5% if the impression share is below 90%
Bidding Offline
Modify campaign parameters quickly by exporting current bid settings, making changes offline, and re-importing the updated file.
Reports
Report Center
Use this option to set up and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly reports. You can customize report type, data, frequency, period, and recipients.
- Click the New Report button
- Select one of the following report types:
- Performance Report
- Billing Report
- Reservation Report
- Configure the report as needed and click Create Report
Alert Center
- Click the New Alert button
- Metasearch Performance Alerts: Triggered by specific thresholds (e.g., an impression share that falls below a specified percentage or a conversion rate that drops under 1% while having more than 50 clicks).
- Budget Alerts: Notify you when your budget reaches a set limit to prevent campaign interruptions.
Groups
This feature allows you to create hotel groups to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and apply uniform bidding settings across platforms.
Reservations
Access a detailed list of bookings made through metasearch campaigns, including:
- Booking number, last-click date, reservation date, check-in/out dates, number of nights, amount, status, channel, and bidding system
- Use filters to search for specific bookings
