Campaign management allows you to set up, monitor, and optimize your digital advertising efforts to ensure they meet your goals efficiently.
Activating Campaigns
- Select a channel
- Locate your hotel by clicking All Hotels under the Campaign Manager tab
- Click Apply
Setting a Monthly Budget Cap
A global budget cap is required to activate campaigns
- Enter a minimum of €150

Customizing Monthly Budgets
The default budget applies to all months but can be adjusted for individual months in advance:
- Set a custom budget for specific months and click Apply to save your changes
The budget cap is a spending limit. Once reached, campaigns will stop automatically and resume on the first day of the next month.
Adjusting Budgets
Budgets can be increased mid-month if the cap is reached. Simply adjust the amount in the budget field (ie. To add €50 to a €200 budget, enter €250).
This global budget will be allocated based on clicks across the active channels. However, you can set a cap at the level of one or more comparators if you wish. This is not mandatory.
Monitor Spending
Once the campaigns are activated, the percentage of the budget spent will be displayed next to your budget cap: Budget Spent. This allows you to track expenses and add budget as needed.
Configuring Metasearch Platforms
After setting a global budget, configure individual platforms to display your hotel’s best prices:
- Access platform settings directly via the dropdown menu or platform link
- Refer to platform-specific documentation for detailed configuration steps
