The eInsight CRM platform is your guest data warehouse with a direct data feed from, and possibly to, your hotel’s PMS.

On the Profile tab you can manage your guest data, configure your guest lists and research specific stay data such as the recency, frequency and monetary value of any guest. You can also view guest stay preferences or lifestyle and demographic data when available. When necessary, you can also manually send or resend transactional emails to future guests.

You can also:

• Review a guest's Insight Score.
• Search for a particular profile to review or edit their profile.
• Add guest(s) via file upload or manual entry.
• Add or search unsubscribe(s).
