The basic Quick Send feature is found in the Template tab and the Testing tab. It enables you to send a test marketing or transactional campaign to internal or external recipients.
Quick Send via Edit Template
- Navigate to Campaigns > Manage > Template.
- Select Quick Send to send an email preview of your campaign to yourself and/or others.
- Continue to Step 3 below.
Quick Send via Send To Test Email(s)
- Navigate to Campaigns > Manage > Testing.
- Select Send to Test Email(s) to send an email preview of your campaign to yourself and/or others.
- In the modal box that appears, confirm that the email address(es) you are sending to are in compliance with global spam laws by checking the box.
- Select, add or remove recipients.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Submit Request.
- Finally, click on the Proceed button in the top right corner to send the test email.
