Use this tool to set up a campaign approval group and approval process for your email marketing campaigns (if your eInsight CRM is so configured).
Send a New Campaign for Approval
Navigate to Campaigns > Create > Testing. Select Proceed from the Testing tab to advance to the Approval tab.
Select Send for Approval.
Select Ok in the confirmation pop-up. An email is sent to those subscribed to receive an Approval Request Notification and the campaign status updates to Waiting Approval.
Send an Existing Campaign for Approval
Navigate to Campaigns > Manage. Locate the campaign to be approved. Select Proceed For Approval.
If the campaign has not successfully passed a Basic Validation Report, the Proceed for Approval option will not be present.
Select Ok in the confirmation pop-up.
Locate the campaign once again using the Search criteria or by scrolling. Select Send for Approval.
An email is sent to those subscribed to receive an Approval Request Notification and the campaign status updates to Waiting Approval.
Approving or Disapproving a Campaign
When you receive an email requesting that a campaign be approved or disapproved, select either Approve or Disapprove. An email stating that the campaign was approved or disapproved is sent to the user who created the campaign.
