Available Data Sources
The two data sources available to build dynamic dashboards are: eInsightCampaignSummary and eInsightStays.
Dimensions and Measures
eInsight data sources are comprised of both dimensions and measures.
Dimensions
A dimension is the lens through which you view your data. It is also the way you categorize your data. The dimension adds context to your measures and helps you to better understand what your data means.
The most common dimension is time. For example, "the months of the year 2015" is the dimension of a report on Sales by Month in 2015.
You can also categorize data in non-chronological ways. For example, "country" is the dimension of a report on ADR by Country.
Measures
Measures are the numerical values that quantify the data you are examining. For a report on Sales by Employee, “sales” is the measure and "employees" are the dimension.

Ancillary Measures
Ancillary revenue is revenue that is derived from goods or services other than a company's primary product offering (depending on the PMS and if it is configured).
- Transaction Date: Date of Ancillary Revenue
- Ancillary Revenue: Associated with each stay, not room revenue (always USD)
- Ancillary Revenue-Corporate: Depends on the specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)
- Ancillary Revenue-Property: Defined by each property
Stay Measures
- Customer Count: Unique Count of Customer IDs
- Stay Count: Count of Stay IDs
- Room Revenue: Sum of total room revenue (always USD)
- Room Revenue-Corporate: Depends on the specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)
- Room Revenue-Property: Defined by each property
- Nights: Total Night Count which can be broken down by property or customer
- Lead Time Days: Average of lead time days
Calculated Measures
- ADR: ADR = Room Revenue/Rooms Sold (e.g., 100.000 € revenue/500 rooms = 200.00 € ADR)
- ADR-Corporate: Depends on the specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)
- ADR-Property: Defined by each property
- Total Revenue: All the revenue that the company receives for the goods and services it sells (always USD)
- Total Revenue-Corporate: Depends on the specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)
- Total Revenue-Property: Defined by each property
- Occupancy: Occupancy of a property
- RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room): Total Revenue/Number of Available Rooms
- RevPAR-Corporate: Total Revenue/Number of Available Rooms, dependent on a specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)
- RevPAR-Property: Total Revenue/Number of Available Rooms, defined by each property
- ALOS (Average Length of Stay): Number of Occupied Rooms/Number of Bookings over a Set Period
Guest
- Customer ID: Customer ID (generated in eInsight)
- Short Title: Salutation (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Ms. Dr.)
- First Name: First Name of customer
- Middle Name: Middle Name of customer
- Last Name: Last Name of customer
- Company: Company associated with Customer ID
- Address 1: Address 1 associated with Customer ID
- Address 2: Additional address information associated with Customer ID
- City: City associated with Customer ID
- State Code: State Code associated with Customer ID

- Email Status: Includes: 0-No Status, 1-Valid Email, 2-Null Email, 3-Invalid Email, 4-Unsubscribed Email, 5-Bounced Email, 6-Custom, 7-Exclusion, 8-Non-Consent
- Allow EMail: Has customer given permission to receive email? Yes/No (Based on PMS, specific to the client)
- Allow Mail: Has customer given permission to receive mail? Yes/No
- Allow SMS: Has customer given permission to receive SMS? Yes/No
- Allow Phone: Has customer given permission to receive phone calls? Yes/No
- VIP Code: VIP Code associated with Customer ID
- IsMember: Is customer a member or non-member?
- Nationality: Nationality associated with Customer ID
- Email Domain: Email Domain associated with Customer ID
- PassportNumber: Passport Number associated with Customer ID
- Subscription Status: By default, a valid email is deemed subscribed; all other emails are unsubscribed.
- Properties Stayed: The number of properties containing stays associated with Customer ID

- Property Code: eInsight Property Code Associated with Customer ID
- Property Name: Property Name associated with Customer ID
- Address: Property's street address
- City: Property's city
- State: Property's state

- Classification: Defined by property, customizable in eInsight

- Property Rooms: The total number of rooms at a property
Stay
Stay parameters are defined by property.
- Source Stay ID: A unique number defined in the eInsight, associated with the a stay.
- Reservation Number: A unique number assigned to a reservation that is associated to a customer reservation.
- Sub Reservation Number: Sub Reservation Number associated with a stay.
- Stay Status: Cancelled, Checked Out, In House, No Show, Reserved, Undefined, Wait List
- Reservation Date: Reservation date associated with a reservation.
- Arrival Date: Arrival Date associated with a stay
- Departure Date: Departure Date associated with a stay
- Cancel Date: Cancel Date associated with a stay
- Client Type: Defined by property, customizable in eInsight
- Source of Business: Source of Business associated with a stay
- Market Segment: Market Segment associated with a stay
- Market Sub Segment: Market Sub Segment associated with a stay

- Email Collected: Was the guest's email collected during the most recent stay? Yes/No (Only 'Yes' if the email is collected during the stay, so on or after check in and before check out. - Unique Open: Number of distinct recipients that opened the campaign
- Clicks: Campaign click count
- Net Clicks: Total clicks for a campaign
- Bookings: Number of bookings resulting from a campaign
- Nights: Number of nights booked resulting from a campaign
- Room Revenue: Room Revenue generated from a campaign
- Room Revenue-Corporate: Room Revenue generated from a campaign, dependent on a specific corporation (e.g., Mexico Property Chain, defined as Peso)

Calculated Measures
- Delivered %: Percentage of a campaign that was successfully delivered
- Bounced %: Percentage of a campaign that bounced
- Hard Bounced %: Percentage of a campaign that hard bounced
- Soft Bounced %: Percentage of a campaign that soft bounced
- Opt-Out %: Percentage of a campaign that opted out
- Opened %: Percentage of a campaign that opened a campaign
- Unique Open %: Percentage of distinct recipients that opened a campaign

- Campaign Name: Name of a sent campaign
- Send Date: Date a campaign was sent
