View reports on the Queue tab.
Select Reports from the main navigation.
Select the Queue tab where you can view all launched reports along with their report type, property, status, executed by whom and when details.
Locate a Report
To limit the list of reports by date of execution, select a Start Date and End Date then select Apply. Then use the filters at the top of each column or click the arrow at the top of any column to sort the table by that field to locate your desired report.
Download a Report
To view a report, select the Excel icon in the row of the desired report.
The report will be downloaded as a worksheet titled Report in a new Excel workbook.
The workbook will contain two additional worksheets:
- Criteria Used: Displays the criteria upon which the report was run.
- Description: Lists the columns contained in the report and a description of each column.
You can save, print or change the worksheet as desired; doing so will not modify the report on the Queue.
If your file isn't generated, disable the pop-up blocker in your browser and try again.
