Add-ons: One type of upgrade that guests with a confirmed booking can choose to enhance their stay. Examples include, but are not limited to, late checkout, early check-in, adult breakfast, child breakfast, food & beverage credit, and in-room fruit display or champagne upon arrival.

eUpgrade Admin Dashboard: Where admin users log in to confirm/deny requests and configure/format the upgrade options that display in the Guest Portal.
eUpgrade Rules: The business rules that define the upgrade options presented to your guests in the Guest Portal.

New Request Notification: An email sent to an Admin user each time a guest submits an upgrade request. It includes a direct link to the Admin Dashboard where upgrade requests are managed.

Rate Types: Designations used to create upgrade (business) rules that are linked to the rate code specified in your PMS.
Requests: When a booked guest chooses an upgrade and clicks "submit," the result is called a request.
Request Queue: Located in the Admin Dashboard, the Request Queue displays all upgrade requests from the most recent to the oldest, by default. Here, an Admin must confirm or deny requests. (Except when 2-way PMS Integration is enabled, in which case requests are processed automatically.)
Room Image(s): Image(s) that you upload to appear in the Guest Portal to illustrate a room type.
Room Upgrade: One type of upgrade where a guest chooses a room type of higher value to replace their currently booked room type.

Upgrade Cost: The guest's cost for a particular upgrade option.
Upgrade Options: Upgrade offerings available to booked guests and displayed in the Guest Portal.
Upgrade Rules: The rules (logic) that define the upgrade options offered to your guests in the Guest Portal.
Upgrade Types: Classifications used to organize and track your upgrade options.
