There are three ways to access the Admin Dashboard.

Access the Admin Dashboard from the Cendyn Single Sign-on (SSO) Screen

Log into Cendyn Admin

Log in at www.cendynadmin.com.

eConcierge Admin

Select eConcierge Admin.

Select a Property

Select a property from the drop-down list.

Access the Admin Dashboard from a New Request Notification Email

New Request Notification emails contain an active link (URL) with login criteria embedded within. Click the active link to bypass the login screen and directly access the Requests tab in the Admin Dashboard.

The active link contains a username and password. The password follows pwd= and the username follows &Login=, as highlighted below.

Every time a guest submits a request, a New Request Notification email is sent to the designated gatekeeper email. Please contact your Cendyn Client Success Team for more information about your gatekeeper email address.

Access the Admin Dashboard from your eConcierge Login Screen

Log into Your eConcierge

Go to the custom URL for your eConcierge, provided by Cendyn, and log in. For example, the custom URL for Hotel Origami eConcierge is https://echotelorigamipb.cendyn.com/.

Select eConcierge Admin

Select eConcierge Admin.

Select a Property

Select a property from the drop-down list.
