The eConfirmation tab contains all confirmations that are passed from the PMS to eConcierge.
From the eConfirmation tab:
- Create a Guest Reservation Report – a printable list of all guests checking in on a particular date or within a date range.
- Locate a specific guest’s reservation to:
- View arrival and departure dates, confirmation number, eConcierge login code and email address.
- Access the Guest Portal of eConcierge as that particular guest; view what the guest sees and where the guest can submit requests.
Search Filters
Last Name: The surname of the guest provided at the time of booking.
Email: The guest's email address.
Confirmation #: The guest's confirmation number.
Arrival Date: Enter a date range for when a guest is arriving on property, or enter the same date for both the Start and End fields to create a list of all guests checking in on a particular date.
eConfirmation Tab Columns
Frontend: Click Log On to view the Request a Service page in the Guest Portal as the guest.
Name: Click Name to view the Guest Profile page on the Guest Portal as the guest.
Arrival & Departure Dates: The dates the guest will arrive to and depart from the property.
Confirmation #: The guest's confirmation number.
Login: A unique code the guest uses to log into the Guest Portal.
Email: The guest's email address.
Guest Reservation Report
Select Print View to create a printable Guest Reservation report in a new tab.
